Question 1

Who is Routelamp for?

Accepted Answer

Routelamp is for small-business owners who rely on their website for enquiries, bookings or sales. It is being built for people who want more confidence that the key journeys on their website are working.

Question 2

What is Routelamp intended to help with?

Accepted Answer

Routelamp is intended to help small-business owners keep important website journeys working, such as the paths that lead to an enquiry, booking or sale. The product is still in development, so its automated checking capability is planned rather than available today.

Question 3

What is available in the MVP now?

Accepted Answer

You can create an account and use the private setup flow for one website, one key page and the expected success signal for that page. This is the current MVP scope; it does not run automated checks yet.

Question 4

What can I add during private setup?

Accepted Answer

The current setup flow lets you save one website, one key page within it and the signal you expect to confirm success. The setup is private to your account, and you can refine those details later.

Question 5

Can Routelamp check my pages, forms or booking flow yet?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Automated page checks, form checks and booking checks are planned for a later stage. Routelamp does not currently claim that these checks are running.

Question 6

Are reports available today?

Accepted Answer

No. Reports are planned alongside the future automated checks and are not available in the current MVP.

Question 7

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create an account, then open the private setup flow to add your one website, key page and expected success signal. That is the part of Routelamp available today; the planned automated checks and reports will come later.

Keep the important paths lit.
